Toasted Coconut Marshmallows

Our Toasted Coconut Marshmallows take a tropical classic and give it the full Phlump treatment. Soft, fluffy coconut-flavoured mallow is gently toasted to bring out a warmer, deeper flavour, then finished with a generous layer of toasted coconut on top. The result is a mellow, nutty sweetness with a light crunch — simple, natural and unbelievably moreish.

Each batch is handmade in small quantities in Angus, where we roast the coconut ourselves to get that perfect golden finish. The combination of silky marshmallow and toasted flakes creates a texture that feels nostalgic and comforting, while still being a standout flavour all year round.
