At Phlump we want everyone to enjoy our products with confidence.
Accurate allergen information is essential for customers with dietary needs or medical sensitivities.
Every flavour has a full ingredient list displayed on the product page and we are working on making this information easier to find while browsing.
🔍 Understanding Our Ingredients
Each flavour has a unique ingredient list which may include different toppings, fillings, coatings or colourings.
Ingredient lists on individual product pages are always the most accurate and up to date source of information.
Our marshmallow base typically contains:
- Sugar
- Glucose syrup
- Water
- Gelatine
- Flavourings and permitted colourings which vary by flavour
🧪 Allergen content can vary between flavours including possible presence of milk, soya, egg, colourings, or other inclusions added as toppings or coatings.
⚠️ Cross Contamination
All products are handmade in the same kitchen.
Although certain allergens are not used in every recipe, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace cross contamination
due to shared equipment and supplier ingredients.

🛠️ Improvements Underway
We are developing a clearer allergen guide that will allow you to view key allergen information for each flavour at a glance
without opening product pages individually.
This system will make it easier to identify allergens such as dairy, soya, egg, or colourings across the full range.
