Our Raspberry Cheesecake Marshmallows are assembled just like a miniature cheesecake — a gluten-free biscuit base, a rich raspberry-cheesecake flavoured marshmallow, and a swirl of real raspberry coulis on top. Soft, creamy, tangy and perfectly sweet, they deliver that classic cheesecake experience in a completely new (and very addictive) form.

Handmade in small batches in Angus, we blend smooth raspberry cheesecake flavour through the mallow, set it over a GF oat biscuit layer, and finish each piece with a bright coulis ripple. The result is a dessert-style marshmallow with proper texture, layers and flavour contrast.
