Lemon Snowball Marshmallows

Our Lemon Snowball Marshmallows are light, soft and delicately zesty. Each one starts with a smooth Sicilian lemon marshmallow, then is finished with a generous roll in coconut for a soft, snowy coating.

Every batch is handmade in small quantities in Angus. We use Sicilian lemon juice, zest and natural lemon oil to achieve a clean, vibrant flavour. In addition, a touch of butter adds richness and balance. As a result, you get a marshmallow that feels and comforting without being heavy.

These are perfect for grazing boards, dessert platters or gift boxes. They also pair well with a chilled glass of prosecco or a light desert wine. Easy to share and hard to stop eating.
