We’ve taken everything you love about a Cherry Bakewell and turned it into a Phlump. Tart cherry, sweet almond and cherry sauce are blended into our light, fluffy marshmallow, resting on a buttery gluten-free shortbread base and topped with freeze-dried cherries.

It’s everything a Bakewell should be… just a lot squishier.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, corn syrup, halal beef gelatine, natural flavouring (propylene glycol), almond flavouring (NUTS), cherry flavouring, gluten-free shortbread base [butter (MILK), rice flour, sugar, cornflour, maize flour, salt, xanthan gum], cherry sauce [sugar, water, sour cherry purée, modified starch, citric acid, pectin, potassium sorbate, carrot and blackcurrant concentrate], freeze-dried cherries, cornflour, icing sugar.
